Accomodation information is here. Before registering please observe the following: 1) Payment All payments must be in EUROs. To qualify for early registration discounts, your mail or faxed registration form and payment must be received by March 18, 2010. Registrations received after March 18, 2010 will be charged at the late registration rate. Participants registered after the May 13, 2010 deadline will be required to pay upon arrival. 2) Visa Letters All speakers, committee members and paid attendees requiring visa letters must fill in the invitation letter request form and email it to info@antat.ru with a subject line “csr 2010 visa letter request” before March 18, 2010. Note that we cannot guarantee a successful application after this date, since it takes more than a month just to issue the official invitation. 3) Confirmation Letters Mail and fax registrations will be sent in a confirmation letter by email if an email address is provided. Confirmations will be sent within 10 working days of receipt of registration form. We are not responsible for faxes not received due to mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control. Due to the high volume of faxes received, we are unable to confirm receipt immediately. 4) Special discounted airfares by Lufthansa As the Official Airline to this event, Lufthansa offers special prices and conditions to all attendees. For more information please visit the Accommodation page. 6) Workshops only registration Due to announced notification date March 9, 2010 deadline for HPC Workshop speakers is extended to March 18, 2010. The information about PSSV 2010 and registration forms TBA. 7) Cancellation Policy In case of severe problems with participation, a written notification should be sent to the conference secretariat [letter or e-mail] before May 1st, 2010.
